Joe Wilcox > I almost sold the radio two weeks earlier, but the Voice of America editor buyer found a problem with the synchronous detector. Apparently, there was a synch bug with first-generation Satellit 800 radios. I later tested the radio and uncovered occasional synch problems--nasty nail-on-chalkboard sounds--but intermittent.
